The Christmas season runs from the evening prayer I of Christmas until the Sunday after the Epiphany or after January 6 inclusive. Major feasts druing this time include the feast of the Nativity on Christmas Day, December 25, and Mary, Mother of God (World Day of Peace) January 1.
